From Vision to Reality
The SCHV Foundation is a non-profit organization born out of a deep commitment to ending homelessness among US veterans. Our journey began in the mobile home industry, where the idea of creating affordable, ready-to-move-in homes for homeless veterans was conceived. After eight years of relentless pursuit, we found a company that could bring our vision to life, offering unique, residential code-compliant homes that are insulated and equipped with protective shutters and doors for safety during shipping.
Our homes, built in America’s heartland – Indianapolis, Indiana, are designed to fit on smaller lots, making them a perfect complement to already established organizations. We offer 20ft and 40ft options, customizable to the needs of the veteran, providing a second chance for those who have served our country.
